1. Teahnical features

Adopt single column, longitudinal bed, cross saddle, worktable without up and down and front-mount spindle box structure.Equipped with tools-work pieces cooling system and corresponding pneumatic and hydraulic systems, furthermore adopt force cooling for spindle.Adopt butterfly-type spring to clamp tools and release tool with air pressure. Utilize dry and clean compressed air source, air pressure mustn’t be lower than 0.5Mpa.The spindle box adopts counterweight for balance.Pneumatic system adopts imported components with reliable and stable quality.Mechanical and electrical are in one structure. The electrical controlling section, CNC system, lubrication and cooling devices are mounted on the bed and column.The electrical controlling unit is provided with a cooling unit.

3. Main machine parts

3.1 Feed Transmission

Realize coordinated arbitrary X, Y, Z-axis and three axes.Drive components of X, Y and Z coordinates adopt imported pre-tighten precision ball screw pairs and support by imported ball screw bearing. The lead-screw adopts dilute oil lubrication. The connection between the motor and lead-screw adopts gapless flexible coupling of shaft.Front and back bearings of spindle adopt world famous (SKF) special bearings.

3.2 Lubrication System

The machine is equipped with collected auto lubrication system; lubricate guide ways, lead-screws and every lubrication points with dilute oil regularly.

3.3 CNC Rotary table (optional)

The machine center is equipped with NC rotary table for optional. So the machining range is to be further expanded.

3.4 Testing Measures

The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy are adjusted with laser interferometer and spherical induction meter. The spindle is strictly tested with dynamic balancing meter.

3.5 Protection Device

The machine configures whole-closed protection guard with good appearance and easy to operate.

 3.6 Change Tool Automatically

Configure stable and reliable hat-type or cam-type automatic tool-change unit with appropriate capacity.Tool-change performance has been tested strictly. It featuring exact, quick and reliable action.
