  Technical description

NL324T Horizontal Turning Center is developed according to the modular design. It has a C-axis and is equipped with dynamic tool rest. It can be used for milling as well as turning. It can turn internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, ladder surfaces, grooves, spherical surfaces and other rotating surfaces with complicated geometry and dimensions, as well as each kind of metric or imperial internal and external screw thread. The dynamic tool can mill the straight groove and helix groove axially and radially, and can also be used for milling surfaces, drilling, reaming and tapping. It is suitable for single-part, small-batch and medium-batch production as well as mass production of complicated parts and widely used in industries of bearing, automobile, gear, etc.
