1, Main characteristics of the machine

 

The gun drilling processing technology is adopted, one drilling processing could reach the working accuracy and surface roughness, which are guaranteed to reach, after several normal processings such as driling, expanding and reaming.This machine is suitable for the deep hole processing of through hole, blind hole, concentric hole and eccentric hole.The basic parts of the machine, such as lathe bed, box body and worktable, adopts the good quality cast iron.The special coolant system is adopted, to provide the high pressure, large flow clean cutting fluid during deep hole processing work.The automatic chips removal device is adopted, to clean the cuttings automaticly.The automatic oil temperature control device is adopted, to control the oil temperature automaticly, preventing the degeneration of the cutting fluid.The chip removal device, high pressure filter, screen filter, magnetic bar filting matrix and etc, are adopted to filter the cutting oil.The servo motors are adopted to the X,Y,Z axis, driving the ball screws to realize the movement of the axies.The drilling bar box is driven by the servo motor, making the spindle have max. torque.The guide frame is controlled by the hydraulic system, during drilling work, it pushes workpiece tightly, guides for the tool, preventing the splashing of the cutting oil.The X axis guide rail is sliding guide rails, and the Y, Z axis adopt rolling linear guide rails.
