Technical Characteristics

Leveler: adopt 15-roller six re-type straightening machine, the gap between plates exiting and out  can be respectively adjusted, can set ideal "hydraucone", effectively improve the accuracy of leveling.

Length ways: directly input the length of sheet metal at operating table and has digital display. Quantitative and output controlled automatically by the counter.

Horizontal shears: adopt machinery pneumatic clutch style, cut from the bottom to up, bottom cutting is "V-type" bottom knife, up cutting is rectangular, blade clearance can be quickly adjusted.

Stacking : adopt pneumatic nesting stacking,could realized sheet metal quickly stacking and to prevent the plate surface scratches.

Automatic Control:  all the production line welding structures, after welding, all adopt large scale furnace tempering, controlled by the PLC, high degree of automation and reliability.
