1. Overview 

2MK2150 CNC high efficiency deep hole honing machine isequipment suitable for honing and burnishing cylindrical deep hole parts suchas various hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders. This machine id specially forhoning and  burnishing step holes and thehole diameter accuracy of machined workpiece can be up to or over IT8-IT9, andsurface roughness Ra 0.2-0.4um. It can also repair and maintain taper andellipticity of machined workpiece with the help of partical honing. It candirectly perform high efficiency honing of cold drawing steel pipes.2MK2150 deep holehoning machine is ideal equipment for deep hole machining with high accuracyand high efficiency. This machine is mated with SIEMENS or FANUC CNC system. ACservo motor, honing box adopt stepless speed, and it also mated with GermanyATLANTA high accuracy racks and gears to realize the reciprocating of honinghead and it can control the honing position too. This machine is mated withlinear guide way and it have service life and high accuracy.The honinghead adopt hydraulic constant pressure expanding, sand blades always maintainconstant pressure to be sure the roundness and cylinder of workpiece. Thehoning pressure can be adjusted according to requires and it is device high andlow pressure control to realize the rough and finish honing on the operatestation.
