1. Overview

 Bed

The bed width is 780mm with the high-quality cast iron. The surface hardness of the rectangle guiderail is above HRC48 after quenching and grinding, which has a high precision and wear resistance.

 Spindle box

Through changing the lead, spindle servo motor can eliminate the gap between worm and gear, transmit the main movement to the spindle and achieve the dividing operation of the spindle to make the workpiece get the accurate rotary dividing movement.

The spindle components are 2 supporters, the spindle hole is 130mm and the front and back support bears are D-rank tapered roller bearings.

The spindle box worm adopts submerged lubrication and the bearings adopt the grease lubrication.

 Feed system

The feed system adopts the Japanese Yaskawa servo motor and drive device, with the characteristics of the wide speed regulation range, rapid dynamic response and stable low speed operation.

In the longitudinal direction, the feed system adopts the pinion and rack to achieve the feed movement. The longitudinal pinion and rack transmits by the AC servo motor through the speed reducer and the transverse pinion and rack drives the ball screw by the timing belt to achieve the semi-closed loop control.

X, Z axes adopt the preload to eliminate gap and increase the rapid moving speed and position precision of X, Z directions.

 Carriage

The big carriage guiderail is pasted the plastic and the medium carriage guiderail is the dovetail guiderail to reduce the friction and travel in low speed.

Guiderail surface and ball screw both use timing quantitative lubrication system to do the lubrication.

 Milling head

The operation of the milling head axis is connected with the spindle through the motor by the timing belt transmission.

 Machine protection, lighting and cooling system

The machine uses the front baffle to do the partial protection.

And it is equipped with the lighting device and a set of cooling device.

 CNC system

The machine adopts the FANUC special screw milling machine CNC system, FANUC servo motor and drive device, which have high precision and stable and reliable performance.
