Main characteristics

1) Machine bed

The machine bed is made of good quality cast iron, the main guide rail surfaces are under hardened grinding, and hardness is more than HRC42, with higher accuracy and abrasive resistance.

2) Spindle box

The spindle is two support bearing structures; front bearing adopts the double row ball bearing with the taper of 1:12 inner hole to eliminate the radial gap. The axial force is undertaken by the pushing ball bearing in the back of the main spindle. The main spindle hanging amount is small, the rotary accuracy is high, and the inner and outer taper of the spindle are under the quenching and grinding.

The spindle mechanism device is lubricated by the splash lubrication.

3) Feeding system

Feeding system adopts the FANUC servo motor and drive device, with wide speed adjustment range, quick response, low speed and stable working advantages.

The longitudinal work is driven by the AC servo motor direct, the transverse work is through the synchronous cog belt to drive the ball screw, to realize the half closed loop control of the whole machine.

X, Z axis adopt the pre-loading to eliminate the gap, improving the fast moving speed and location accuracy of the axis.

4) CNC system

This machine adopts the FANUC Oi-mate CNC system, with line interpolation, circular interpolation, tool position compensation, cutter radius compensation, gap compensation and thread cutting functions.
