1. Introduction
Floor-type milling and boring machine adopts the modern mechanical, electric and hydraulic techniques, which is a popular used heavy metal cutting machine. The machine has enough power and can satisfy the demand of big torque. And it also has high rigidity and accuracy to meet the demand of finish machining. It is a universal machine which has a wide use and function.
The machine has the boring spindle which can stretch out freely to complete the processing of floor-typed boring machine. Besides, the free ram is equipped with milling and boring spindles. The end link of milling spindle drive several special accessories of the front end ram.
The machine cooperates with the turning worktable and it can complete surface milling and cutting and boring processing of several procedures within once clamping.
The surface of the ram can install different accessories, such as milling head, universal milling head, high-speed milling head, and facing head, to enlarge the functions of the machine. The machine can not only achieve big diameter and big surface heavy cutting, but also process the inner cavity, chamber side, and inner cavity hole and big surface of many workpieces.
